989 Studios, a Sony Computer Entertainment Group Company,   is the third-largest PlayStation® software publisher in North America. It's headquarters are in Foster City, CA and has offices in San Diego and Santa Monica. They develop console, pc, and online games. Some 989 Studios games are: NFL GameDay™, Twisted Metal®, Jet Moto®and Cool Boarders®.

Acclaim
Acclaim Entertainment develops & publishes software for Nintendo, Sony, Sega and PCs. They have offices in Austin, Texas, Salt Lake City, Utah, Glen Cove, New York, and the U.K. Some of their personal computer games are: Turok:Dinosaur, Hunter, Forsaken.  One of Acclaim's major focuses is now on-line gaming and multiplayer environments.

Acclaim distributes its software mainly through Acclaim subsidiaries but in the UK, France, Spain, Germany, and Japan sells and distributes software directly. Acclaim also publishes comic books, operates motion caputure studios, and distributes software from other companies.

Accolade
Accolade develops and publishes console and PC video games, including 3D games. Its games are distributed by Electronic Arts. They have published over 150 titles such as: Test Drive , Test Drive Off-Road, and HardBall . Accolade's games support all major 3D accelerator cards and most actually require one. In addition, most games offer multiplayer options over LANs or the Internet.

Activision
Activision, Inc. publishes, distributes, and develops computer and console games. Some of their PC games are: MechWarrior 2, Quake II, Hexen II, Dark Reign, Zork: Nemesis, Cabela's Big Game Hunter and Shanghai. Some of their console games are: Tenchu, Vigilante 8, Nightmare Creatures and Blood Omen for PlayStation. They are also developing games for Nintendo.

Bungie Software
Bungie Software is a developer of computer games for the MacOS and PCs.  Some of their games utilize multiplayer capabilities, 3D, and Marathon Infinity even allows gamers to create their own worlds. Their games are distributed in many different languages.  Their Mac games include: Minotaur: The Labyrinths of Crete, Pathways Into Darkness, Marathon, Marathon 2: Durandal, Marathon Infinity, Weekend Warrior, Marathon Trilogy Box Set, Myth: The Fallen Lords. Hasbro
Hasbro designs, manufactures and markets toys, games, interactive software, puzzles and infant products. Its brand names include: Playskool ®, Kenner®, Tonka®, OddzOn®, Super Soaker®, Milton Bradley®, Parker Brothers®, Tiger™, Hasbro InteractiveTM, and Galoob®. Id Software is the creator of some very famous games such as: Wolfenstein 3-D, DOOM, DOOM II, QUAKE, and QUAKE II.  Id’s advanced QUAKE II engine allows the creation of 3-D interactive games with single and multiplayer technology.
