Frequently Asked Questions

Must all internships be done for credit?

No. Many students get internship opportunities that do not require that they are enrolled in an internship course. They do an internship because it helps them get jobs and they don't need the credit (they studied abroad for instance.) Students sometimes just do the internship to get experience and they list it in on their resume but they don't apply for credit because they don't need the credit.
